Position Summary:

You will work with a team focused on the development of IL-15 superagonist and antibody-drug conjugate based novel immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer patients. The Pharmacokinetic team is looking for highly motivated colleagues for a Scientist position to support our preclinical development activities. You as a motivated and pro-active Scientist will be involved in diverse interesting drug development projects and will be responsible for in vitro and in vivo study design, bioanalytical experiments and data evaluation aiming at pharmacokinetic characterization of new molecules.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert scientific review
- Establish new assays and technologies for functional and pharmacokinetic studies. Supporting team experimentally when necessary (ELISA, HPLC, in vitro cell-based assays)
- Evaluate data and present findings and interpretations in written and oral reports
- Experimental documentation in high quality (protocols, reports, summary presentations in English)
- Work in an integrated project team and consult with subject matter experts
Competences, Skills and Qualification:
- Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Pharmacy or similar
- Experience with ELISA and HPLC method
- Experience with cellular in vitro test systems, cell cultures
- Reliability in experimental work and reproducibility, paying high attention to details
- Ability to learn and adopt new laboratory skills
- Demonstrated previous experience with managing a scientific project.
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level minimal)
